Another use-case to consider for aggregation is the uvch264src vs v4l2src case.
When you have 2 cameras, one is a regular v4l2 (non-encoding) camera and one is
a v4l2 uvc h264 encoding one. v4l2src will expose both, but uvch264src will
only expose the h264 encoding one. We need the GstDevice from uvch264src to
shadow the v4l2src GstDevice for the same device, but let other v4l2src
GstDevices for other devices through.
