Program which runs various constructors and checks if the result is_floating

Here's the C program I used to test this. Compile like:

libtool --mode=link gcc `gst-git pkg-config --cflags --libs gstreamer-1.0
gstreamer-check-1.0 gstreamer-base-1.0 gstreamer-controller-1.0` test.c -o test
