Though video stream is available, decodebin initially exposes audio pad and
then it stops without exposing video because of 'expose-all-streams=false'. If
first decoded caps doesn't match, it should continue checking all other streams
until it finds the right caps (pad) to expose.

if 'expose-all-streams=true', then everything is fine.
