This is a bug both in wavparse and the typefinders. The file should be detected
as containing an ID3 tag, and when reading the raw audio data the ID3 tag
should be skipped anyway.

The LIST tags are tags inside the WAVE file, that's nothing that should
interfere with anything. It's the standard way of putting that into WAVE files.
