I upload the stream-id-demultiplexer element with test code.

I changed the element name from reversefunnel to streamiddemux.
Because I think this works by stream-id.

As you said to me, I checked stream-id when stream-start event came. 
But At the first time, stream-id was empty. but It is working fine from next
time. Obviously segment event always has stream-id.
I am not sure... But, Is this a kind of bug?
So I just decided to use segment event.
