Thank you Sebastian,

I did some additional testing, and it seems that in 1.10 indeed the issue is
smaller. There is still a hissing sound at the end of the file, but no longer
the loud noise that 1.0.8 had.

Will this issue be taken as a bug to be fixed in a next version?
