That's really the same as in 0.10 with the channel-layout caps field there. For
creating raw audio caps you should always use GstAudioFormat, it will make sure
to set all the required fields to the correct values.

Can you provide a patch against the documentation if you still think this
should be mentioned somewhere else too?
