There used to be a gst_buffer_make_metadata_writable, it seems to have gone in
1.x.

If a buffer cannot be copied, can it be read ? If it cannot be read, what is
the use of it ? Some kind of "lazy evaluated" buffer ? If it can be read, why
can it not be copied ? I find this weird, but maybe I'm looking at it the wrong
way :)
