Closing since it's due to a bad input file. GIGO. If you know what muxer
produced this file, it may be worth opening a bug on their tracker.

rejuasjuas at hotmail.com, your second paragraph seems to be a different bug,
though your first paragraph says it's the same. If it's a different bug, and if
it still happens, then please open a new bug for it.

To upgrade gstreamer, either use your distro's package management tools (eg,
yum, apt-get, whatever else), or build it yourself (only if you know what
you're doing).
