Got a bug report on Transmageddon from someone saying that the system could not
find a plugin for video/x-apple-intermediate-codec. Looking at the plugins I
realize the avdec_aic plugin should be able to handle this, but the Pad
Template has unknown/unknown as it capabilities instead of
video/x-apple-intermediate-codec
