Hmm, I tested encoding to baseline and high profile H264 using x264enc from
videotestsrc but both of those files seem to play fine. I can't provide a
sample unfortunately. It could be file-specific. I'll keep an eye out and see
if I spot the issue again with other files and spot some pattern.
