The issue here is that we need GL/wglext.h yet mingw/windows don't provide it. 
You can download the header from http://www.opengl.org/registry/

http://www.opengl.org/registry/api/GL/wglext.h for the direct link.

The other issue is that cerbero might want/need to download/check the header
exists.
