Gstreamer 1.2.4 installer for windows misses Gstreamer Editing Services (GES)
*.props file. Without that file Visual Studio 2012 can't find ges-version.h
header file. I'm not sure whether that ges-version.h file should exist at all,
but I can't find it in Gstreamer 1.2.4 installation dir.
