When use the same dvb signal and existing pipeline , can not change program in
GST_STATE_READY or GST_STATE_NULL. it seems the src pads of tsdemux are not
destroyed.  so there is no "pad-removed" signal emitted.  after changed
program,  there is no "pad-added" signal emitted.
