READY TO MERGE *MERGE* 

There was a problem with seeking that happened with non-PNG format. I've fixed
it and I've tested it with some seeking scenarios in gst-validate and it works
correctly and for different formats (PNG/JPEG/TIFF, I didn't tested more).
Please review it. Now I think this is really ready to merge.
