First patch with the whole shebang depthsense

This first patch contains the whole shebang:
- small addition to configure to detect and enable DepthSense plugin
compilation
- DepthSense Makefile
- DepthSense plugin
- DepthSense src element, which is a copy-modify of OpenNI2 of yours truly;
since it was reviewed extensively once I guess this time most of the troubles
would be out of the way.
