Thanks, then I'm going to remove the AFD part from ccdec, outputting that as
GstMeta to be used by the decoder. For that I'm going to patch
mpegvideoparse,h264parse and vaapidecode elements.

I'm also adding support for user_data to h264parse element. but the confusing
part of that for me is how to decide the value of temporal_ref in the UserData
struct. h264 has no such data in its NAL packets, but it has
slice.pic_order_cnt_lsb. Does anyone know what is the best way to emulate
temporal_ref there.
