fixed 'Unexpected critical/warning: [...] Got data flow before segment event'

It fixes an issue seen when I try to run the first example give during the
presentation of 'GstHarness' last year on GStreamer conference.

I've also made a pull-request to the pexip-repo. Just to be sure ;)
