Hello,
This is a friendly bump since I found out this bug is affecting Pidgin voice
and video implementation for Win32. To quote:

Is there any milestone planned for it's implementation as a plugin and/or into
the core of gst? As soon as we can get that the development team over at Pidgin
could begin working on a build for Windows.
