Agreed, we should uncomment it. It's related to the stream and in READY we
should clear anything stream-related.

It might have been commented for DVB start-up ages ago (if you re-use
mpegtsparse), but we have a better plan for that now (cache it in dvbbasebin
and re-send it if/when needed).
