Python Script Used to Generate Complete MSVC Projects for the GStreamer Package

Hi,

This is the Python 2.x/3.x script that calls the utility script from the
previous attachment.  It would generate the complete Visual Studio 2008/2010
project files form the various Makefile.am's for libgstreamer, libgstbase,
libgstcontroller, libgstnet as well as libgstprintf and libgstcoreelements
(plugin).  It also generates the list of headers for these libraries that need
to be installed.

Hopefully this is a better approach for people wishing to have more up-to-date
Visual Studio projects for building GStreamer.
