After some investigation I found out that the pipeline (playbin, vaapidecode +
cluttersink) happens most of the time to be stuck (gst-launch-1.0 does not exit
and do not say that it frees the pipeline). So there is something fishy
somewhere but anyway returning FALSE here is enough.
