This pipeline does not produce a file that can be played by by playbin nor
manual pipeline:

gst-launch-1.0 videotestsrc num-buffers=300 ! schroenc ! oggmux ! filesink
location=out.ogv

However, VLC will play it (though with a first couple seconds of greenish
video).
