Does it still happen with master ?

Both forward and backward seeks seem fine here, with:

gst-launch-1.0 playbin
uri=file:///home/v/Samples/big_buck_bunny_480p_stereo.ogg video-sink='navseek !
autovideosink'

Doesn't seem to be fixed by the oggdemux seeking patch I made today, both work
fine here.
