fix segfault;  fix bin-properties; dont tolerate grammar ambiguity

+Fixing a segfault triggered by some syntax errors
+expect 0 grammar-ambiguities (ERROR instead of WARN in case of ambiguities)
+fix order of bin-properties assignment (left to right)
