0.10 is no longer maintained by the community since a long time. Please check
if you still get the same problem with 1.x and if that's the case reopen the
bug with a build log. However there is no libgstinterfaces in 1.x anymore, so
that's rather unlikely but maybe the problem persists with another library?

Note that there are also official binaries for OSX now:
