Adds umxparse element

Unreal Engine 1 based games such as Unreal 1, Unreal Tournament 1, and Deus Ex
1 use module music (like MOD,S3M,XM,IT..) contained within Unreal packages.
Such files are called UMX files. These Unreal packages contain only one module
song, and nothing more.

This new element parses the UMX data contents, extracts the module, and sends
it downstream. Module players such as modplug can then play the data as if it
came from an ordinary .s3m or .xm file.
