This crashes with a SIGFPE instead:

> gst-launch-1.0 videotestsrc ! "video/x-raw,format=I420,chroma-site=dv" ! videoconvert ! "video/x-raw,chroma-site=jpeg" ! fakesink

Wasn't able to reproduce the segfault without decodebin.
