Tracked down an issue in banshee whose culprit is this: about-to-finish signal
being fired twice for the same play of the same track, at the end of the song.

For now I have only tested gstreamer 0.10 and 1.0.6 with OGG files.

I will test in a little bit with 1.2.2 and other formats.
