267145: pango: basetextoverlay: handle video/x-raw(ANY) if downstream supports
the GstVideoOverlayCompositionMeta API

Patch updated, processing functions have been factorized. Since they will be
reused in other elements I wonder If they should be shipped by gst-plugins-base
libs. What do you think ?
