[Bug 712809] d3dvideosink shows corrupted output with some videos

libgstd3dvideosink.debug.dll

Someone who can reproduce this issue please replace libgstd3dvideosink.dll from
lib/gstreamer-1.0 with this one here and then run

gst-launch-1.0 videotestsrc num-buffers=1 ! "video/x-raw,..." ! d3dvideosink

Once with a width that works, once with one that doesn't. And the provide the
output it prints to stdout here (some "map lock" and "alloc lock" lines).
