This is not really a solution as we would need those properties to be exposed
all the time for it to be useful for users.

Moreover, we really want to expose *only* the properties that are useful to us.

I think you want to actually use the GESMultiFileSrc class (renaming it to
GESImageSequence) and expose only the properties that are meaningfull in there.
