  GStreamer | gst-plugins-good | 1.2.4

Summary: wavenc doesn't create a proper header for data from
                    omxaacdec
    Classification: Platform
           Product: GStreamer
           Version: 1.2.4
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: Normal
         Component: gst-plugins-good
        AssignedTo: gstreamer-bugs at lists.freedesktop.org
        ReportedBy: jun.ji at lge.com
         QAContact: gstreamer-bugs at lists.freedesktop.org
     GNOME version: ---

on my msm89x6, omxaacdec creates an wav data w/o its header and given a proper
wav header, the file is played correctly.

However, when the wav data gets an header made by wavenc, the wav file becomes
complete noise. (even not able to feel what the original should sound like)

I attach the two files, one with the working header and one with not, created
by filesrc ! aacparse ! omxaacdec ! audioconvert ! wavenc ! filesink.
