Are we talking about the encoder or the decoder now? The decoder only gets
OMX_IndexParamAudioPcm in the code I have here (to know what the decoder
component will output), while the encoder only sets OMX_IndexParamAudioPcm (to
tell the encoder component what data it will soon get).
