Parenthetically, I seem to remember having to twiddle probabilities around
because the typefinder would confuse MP3 and other things. This part was pretty
fiddly IIRC. You may want to look for closed bugs matching "typefinding mp3" in
the comments and check the files there still typefind correctly with any patch.
