Oh all the files are there all right. But they shouldn't be at the top level of
the archive. 

At the top level you should have a folder with the name of the software and the
version e.g. gstreamer-sharp-0.99.0 

Then you should have the files and folders of the program.

Check out the tarballs of all the previous releases and you'll see what I mean:
