GStreamer also finds '2013-03-22T07:00:00Z'. The time part is discarded when
setting the tag, as this tag is a date only.

Both date and datetime are documented as when the stream was created, not last
modified. Maybe they should both be set to the same value. Or maybe we need
another date tag for last modified date.
