gst-launch-1.0 playbin

m3u8 with first two segments
gst-launch-1.0 playbin uri="http://live.mdragon.org/gearmix8/prog_index.m3u8"

If I combine ts files together all play just fine
gst-launch-1.0 playbin uri="http://live.mdragon.org/gearmix8/fileSequence.ts"
