0001-bytereader-SIMD-based-Advanced-Byte-Scan-for-Start-Codes.patch

I attached the new patch which implements only SIMD-based byte scanning
optimization to find start-codes.

The detail algorithm of this patch is described in 'Document for SIMD-based
Advanced Byte Scan Algorithm.txt'

Please review the patch.
