This breaks playback of
http://devimages.apple.com/iphone/samples/bipbop/bipbopall.m3u8

After the first fragment it will switch from the default playlist to the 4th
for me... that's at 10 seconds. But it will immediately jump from 10 seconds to
20 seconds.
