Not sure what you mean here either, the bug happens with some NVidia cards on
Windows, it doesn't happen on virtual box.

There are no patches for that bug, if the bug is indeed in gstreamer the patch
will be submitted here, as you commented on the bug you are now in the CC list
so you receive mail updates when a patch is proposed / a solution is found.
