           Summary: buffer: invert BUFFER_FLAG_TAG_MEMORY ?
    Classification: Platform
           Product: GStreamer
           Version: unspecified
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: minor
          Priority: Normal
         Component: gstreamer (core)
        AssignedTo: gstreamer-bugs at lists.freedesktop.org
        ReportedBy: t.i.m at zen.co.uk
         QAContact: gstreamer-bugs at lists.freedesktop.org
     GNOME version: ---

I think we should invert the meaning of GST_BUFFER_FLAG_TAG_MEMORY so that it
is *set* when memory removed/added to a buffer. Otherwise it pollutes the
'flags' output in e.g. fakesink and identity, and it also seems more natural to
set a flag to indicate something rather than clear it. Is there any reason why
it's done like it's done now, or can it be changed?
