Just, checked - I actually upload the xz file. The gnome infra creates the
'old' file-types. And indeed the 141164 is the uid of my user account on the
machine where I greated the file. Now according to
http://www.gnu.org/software/tar/manual/html_section/Attributes.html
tar would not restore the uid for normal users (only when run as root). Can you
use -o on windows?
