1- So nothing we can do more ? Can we close this bug ?

2- Also should we open a bug to detect GLES3 ? Because I tested gst-launch-1.0
videotestsrc ! gleffects ! "video/x-raw,format=I420" ! xvimagesink and it fails
here

because USING_GLES2 is true.

3- And it does not accept GST_GL_API=gles3:

glcontext gstglcontext.c:606:_create_context_gles2: GL_VERSION: OpenGL ES 3.0

4- is attachment 249278 obsolete due to your recent commits ? should we push
attachment 749767 ?
