So I think the way forward is to add a new (optional) field to the parser, so
packed bit stream can be negotiated (and transformed on demand). Would bee nice
if some public doc could be sited to state this. Note that older Xvid encoder
would use a different tag to identify packaged/unpacked, and switch to DivX..
for compatibility reason, upon DivX request. Worst case we should have a look
at ffmpeg parser. This most likely worked in 0.10 when we where using ffmpeg
parsers.
