  GStreamer | gst-plugins-good | 1.4.4

Summary: Invalid buffer-percent events when playbin start with
                    aac/ogg over http in 1.4
    Classification: Platform
           Product: GStreamer
           Version: 1.4.4
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: Normal
         Component: gst-plugins-good
        AssignedTo: gstreamer-bugs at lists.freedesktop.org
        ReportedBy: katreniak at gmail.com
         QAContact: gstreamer-bugs at lists.freedesktop.org
     GNOME version: ---

We see strange buffer events at startup from playbin pipeline on 1.4.4 version.
We can easily reproduce this problem with aac and ogg content played from local
http source by this gst-launch command:
gst-launch-1.0 -m playbin
uri=http://192.168.0.9/~brano/Music/Convert-Ogg-112.ogg

The buffer level increases at the start, drops down and then the buffer level
events are insane. The 100% buffer level comes in the middle of buffering,
gst-launch changes to playing state and audio problems follow.

This is regression between 1.2 and 1.4 branch.
