Summary: Timeoverlay: add an option to choose between
                    stream-time and running-time.
    Classification: Platform
           Product: GStreamer
           Version: unspecified
        OS/Version: All
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: enhancement
          Priority: Normal
         Component: gst-plugins-base
        AssignedTo: gstreamer-bugs at lists.freedesktop.org
        ReportedBy: ralph.gucwa at racelogic.co.uk
         QAContact: gstreamer-bugs at lists.freedesktop.org
     GNOME version: ---

I'm using gnonlin for displaying a sequence of video files.
Timeoverlay only shows local timestamps of each video file (the counter is
reset to 0:00:00.000 each time a file begins).
What about adding an option to display the overall pipeline time?
