    tests: add interactive test for gapless playback using SEGMENT seeks

    Not working too well yet, there are glitches even with WAV or FLAC.

Did not check accuracy of ACCURATE mp3 seeking yet, I would have thought
GstBaseParse handles that for us these days (but then I don't think it's
changed much since 0.10.36). Moving this to mpegaudioparse for now.
