GstFunnel element doesn't forward sticky events such as stream-start, caps and
segment to downstream if no data is coming.

My Pipeline is likes this.

            /  input-selector  - audiosink
uridecodebin -  input-selector - videosink
             `- funnel - streamiddemux - appsink

                                       `- appsink
