I don't have pkg-config.

True: including <gst/gst.h> reduces the required includes-set to the second and
the last two, this make three.

For ease-of-use I do believe in one global include folder path. It would be
nice if all #include statements everywhere were to follow the <gst/foo/foo.h>
convention.
